Diesi Data Deletion Request

If you want your account and personal data deleted, follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to support@app.diesi.edu.gr from the same email address used in your app account.
2. Use subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your full name and the account email/phone used in Diesi.

What We Delete

• Account profile data.
• Associated personal records used by the app account.

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate educational/operational obligations.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.
